How to log into the SecurityHQ Response App using 2FA?

The first time you access the app, you need to register your account for two-factor authentication. This is a one-time process.

Tap on the “Register for 2FA” link to read the instructions on how to link your SecurityHQ account with an authenticator app. We recommend using the Microsoft Authenticator app.

After linked your account, sign in using your SecurityHQ platform’s credentials as the first factor.

Once you have cleared this first step, the second step is to enter the one-time password (OTP).

The OTP is displayed on the authenticator app. It’s a six-digit code, which stays valid for 30 seconds.

Copy the security code and enter it on the app.

You will now be logged into the SecurityHQ Response app.
