With over 25 years’ experience, he has dedicated his life to cyber security and is driven by the desire to offer his clients the highest degree of protection against today’s cyber threats. Feras has delivered complex security and engineering projects to prestigious clients globally. From harnessing the right technology, processes and people, he ensures that SecurityHQ delivers a truly enterprise grade experience.

Chris Cheyne is the SOC Director and CTO for SecurityHQ. Responsible for operating six global Security Operation Centres, Chris specialises in threat hunting and intelligence, endpoint detection and response, SOC monitoring, behavioural analytics, EUBA, SIEM and more. With over 12 years of experience in security operations and management services, his objective is to place the power of his SOC team into his clients’ hands, and to provide complete visibility of security events and threats within their environments. Chris has been pivotal in building SecurityHQ’s capabilities in Managed Security Services, and has experience in delivering SOC detection and response services for household names across multiple sectors, including Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail, Aviation and Education. With an industry-leading team of  analysts behind him, he ensures that clients receive the highest degree of protection against today’s cyber threats.

Sanket plays an integral part in the management, operations and business development at SecurityHQ. He has a proven track record of building successful strategic alliances which have enabled SecurityHQ to increase its global footprint.

As the COO, he is based in the Global Security Operations Centre in India and is responsible for building and maintaining a world-class Global SOC and expert team of Security Analysts. Today, the Global SOC in Pune is recognised as one of the best Security Operation Centres in India, for its cutting-edge services to clients across the Globe.

As Chief People Officer Sanket builds a high-functioning, and employee friendly culture, that continuously adapts to SecurityHQ’s environment. His focus is to assess work-life balance, professional benefits & development, leadership, company outlook, and happiness quotient.

With a double masters in IT and Business, Priyanka is experienced with all levels of IT security, from client facing roles, to hands on technical abilities. She is responsible for securing client accounts, their IT infrastructure through SecurityHQ’s SIEM, and utilising the leading software products on the market today.

Through client feedback and solutions upgrading, and with a team of over 40 international staff, Priyanka continually works on improving the service offered by SecurityHQ. To ensure that clients receive the highest level of service that is available 24/7 from a globally integrated team.

Farhan is a seasoned, proactive self-starter with a wide range of experience in cyber security, and infrastructure transformation. With more than 12 years’ experience in the IT sector, and 8 years of managerial experience, his operational expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and leadership skills drive results.

Farhan specializes in problem-solving and analyzing complex issues to develop effective solutions. He manages complicated projects and develops and executes action plans for completing projects.

In addition, Farhan oversees the data analysis of incident and threat response. He manages budgets, including planning and forecasting, and continuously reviews, improves, and executes business policies and procedures. Resolving varied problems and conducting internal audits as needed.

As Head of Sales EMEA & APAC, Claudia is responsible for the Sales and Business Development at SecurityHQ. With 6+ years sales experience, she recently left Gartner, where she specialised in implementing sales strategies that drove profitable growth for a plethora of clients. She combines a passion for technology and creativity which has created long lasting relationships with her clients. Claudia’s main goal when working with a customer is to understand the challenges they face and to create the best solution to not only help the business but also the personal goals of her clients.

Aaron is based in Dubai and is the Director for Middle East & Africa. With 11+ years of industry experience, he has worked in a wide range of industry sectors, including Financial Services, Retail, Insurance, Government, and Telecommunications. Aaron is a GIAC Certified Defence Analyst (GCDA), and has extensive knowledge in incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability management, cyber security operations, threat intelligence, and cyber security consultancy.

As Head of Operational Support, Doug has over 20 years of management experience from multiple industries, primarily within the active-leisure industry. With extensive exposure to managing operations and strategic operations, Doug project manages dynamic situations which occur in the shadows of SecurityHQ, helping to remove barriers, stoppers, and hold-ups. Doug specialises in risk management, project planning, strategic planning, and cross-functional team leadership to ensure that the SecurityHQ team functions at its best.

As Learning & Development Manager, Priyanka Lakhe is a passionate speaker with a result oriented approach on creating a robust platform of immense learning. She is IIM-C Certified in ‘Communication Strategies for Corporate Leaders’ and has over 10 years of L&D expertise across various industries, including IT, Sales, Engineering & Automobile. She is highly skilled in applying learning strategies, training need analysis, effective training delivery, change management, and measuring the learning impact to nurture employee talent and drive results for SecurityHQ. She leads the global E-learning vertical, to increase the adoption funnel and encourage proficient talent across SecurityHQ.

Anton has over 15+ years of experience within the Information Security Industry in different roles, including Security Engineer, Security Analyst, Architect and Team Lead. This broad experience in different companies has helped him strengthen his skills in different fields of information security, including:

– Network security risk assessment, development and implementation (CCSM certified)
– Web and Infrastructure penetration testing, threat hunting (OSCP, CCPE-W certified)
– Information security audit and vulnerability analysis in diverse environments (including web and cloud-based) (OWASP, NSA guidelines and others)
– Information security systems administration (NGFW, EDR, XDR, PAM, NAC, SIEM and others)
– Team leading and project management skills

As a Head of Manage and Audit, Anton is responsible for Cybersecurity Device Management, Vulnerability Analysis and Penetration Testing. His day-to-day responsibilities also include conducting routine Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing, Application Security, Infrastructure Security, Cybersecurity Device management, Perform Risk Analysis from threats detected and to review and publish high quality reports to our customers as well as quality assurance and CDM/VAPT directions development.

Technically sophisticated and business savvy, Jaibharath has both the education and hands on experience in planning, designing, implementing, and administrating ICT & cyber security infrastructure.

As a specialist, he is highly skilled in applying advanced technology and business solutions to meet a diversity of needs. And manages his global team in a multitude of areas. Including IT Infrastructure and Network Administration, capacity planning, risk assessment, operations intelligence, firewall and vulnerability management, end point security management, ISO, policies and much more.

Based in Dubai, Gillian is responsible for HR functions and the financial management of over 200+ employees located across the UK, UAE and India.

From the recruitment process, to onboarding, to managing payroll and travel, Gillian’s actions ensure the well-being of SecurityHQ employees around the world.

With the financial oversight of the company, her responsibilities include the management of all accounting staff, and liaising with global directors and CFO’s to maximise efficiency.

As GSOC Manager, Deodatta’s experience encompasses network security device management, SOC incident management, SIEM consultation and Firewall Audits. He is a GCIH certified professional and specialise in risk, incident and technical content management, and is responsible for managing SecurityHQ’s Global SOC operations, and India SOC Team.

Cyber Threats are sophisticated and co-ordinated. To defy these, we need a strong team which capitalises on the experience of incident handling. Clients need to be prepared.  Deodatta brings out this proactive approach from his SOC team, to help protect clients from growing cyber threats.

Abin is based in Dubai and leads the security assessment team at SecurityHQ.
He started his career as a security consultant and was responsible for performing security assessments for major fintech organisations across GCC. He manages the global team of pen testers and ensures the quality of the SecurityHQ security assessments.

With 8+ Years of experience in the Cyber Security Domain, Aakash is responsible for incident handling, incident response and guiding organizations to follow the best security practices. He specializes in Endpoint Detection and Response, Network Firewalls, and Artificial intelligence tools, and plays an important role in mentoring and empowering people to achieve their goals within the organisation.

As Senior Manager – Forensics Specialist, Swapnil is responsible for SecurityHQ’s digital forensics and incident response. He has proven expertise in digital forensics, and has successfully responded, investigated, and helped organizations to recover from security incidents. He is also responsible for managing GSOC operations globally and plays a vital role in mentoring and guiding security analysts on a technical and managerial front. Swapnil is a SANS GIAC certified forensic analyst and part of the GIAC advisory board.

Yash Bhuva is Subject Matter Expert for EDR solutions at SecurityHQ. He specializes in deploying, operating, and managing EDR solutions like SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Bitdefender, Carbon Black, and Symantec for our customers from different sectors such as finance, oil and gas, healthcare, and real estate. Yash is a certified SentinelOne IR Engineer and has also undergone various training for CrowdStrike and Carbon Black. He is proactively building EDR custom use cases, EDR firewall rules and EDR custom device control policies as well.

With 9+ years of experience, Satvick has vast exposure in Security operations covering multiple aspects, including threat intel, Incident Investigation & Response, and SOC operations. He is responsible for the management of NDR products as well as for multiple customers. Satvick holds a Master’s degree in Cyber Law & Information Security.

Based out of the US, Joseph is a Business Development Representative responsible for identifying ideal customers by initiating exploratory calls with prospects in the Americas Region. He graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Masters of Science in Cyber Security and Data Security, giving him a unique set of skills that are beneficial to the teams technical knowledge.

Tim is based in Dubai and is the Senior Cyber Security Manager for the region. With 10+ years of industry experience, he has worked across various sectors, including Financial Services, Retail, & Insurance. Tim is a GIAC Defensible Security Architect (GDSA) and additionally holds the GIAC Continuous Monitoring Certification (GMON). These have been used to further expand and develop areas around Incident Response, Security Architecture and Infrastructure Planning, Vulnerability Management, and Threat Intelligence.

Vitaliy manages all software development actions in the company, including product development, integrations, automation scenarios and more. He manages a team of professional developers and automation engineers, which develop high-quality and stable solutions for customers and internal teams. His team also provides automation of  company processes, to speed up the response of SOC team and increase its effectiveness.

With over 7+ years of experience in Threat Hunting, Incident Detection/Response, Analysis, Digital Forensic, Content Management and SOC CMM auditing across multiple types of industries, Ninad specializes in Incident Response and User Behaviour & Entity Analysis (UEBA). He has a proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects, and as a Subject Matter Expert, he leads the UEBA service and works as Technical POC for multiple clients.

Renz Crammond is a Cyber Security Manager at SecurityHQ and is responsible for the delivery and management of various SOC services, including MDR, EDR, MEPP, Vulnerability Management, and Firewall Management, to clients across the UK, EU and US. Renz utilizes a variety of tools to identify vulnerabilities and implement solutions that protect against advanced persistent threats and other forms of cyber-attacks. His experience working with a wide range of organizations has given him the ability to understand their unique security needs and tailor recommendations accordingly.

As Service Delivery Manager, Lavannya is responsible for handling and translating customer requirements into working instructions for delivery, mitigation, and escalation.

With a wide range of experience in Service Management across the IT industry, Lavannya aids the continual improvements of services in a multitude of sectors, including banking, aviation, and mobile telecommunications, by building and maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with stakeholders,  to ensure that quality services are delivered.

Ashwini is responsible for the Business Development for SecurityHQ’s APAC region. She specialises in market research and sales strategy, and her responsibilities include engaging with clients and understanding their business needs, to maintain and build on relationships to meet organisational and business goals.

Jason specialises in assisting customers throughout the entire SOC lifecycle, spanning the onboarding of log sources, and contributing to incident response efforts. With 4 years of IT experience and a recent transition into the cybersecurity realm, Jason brings a versatile skill set to his role. His enthusiasm lies in leveraging a diverse range of tools, including EDR solutions, threat intelligence platforms, WAF products, and the QRadar SIEM platform, to enhance the security landscape and deliver effective cybersecurity solutions to SecurityHQ customers.

Ajinkya is a Lead SIEM Integration engineer, with over 3 years’ experience as a Security Analyst, and over 4 years’ experience as an Integration engineer. He has worked on multiple SIEM solutions and product vendors, and is responsible for the identification of security controls, to define standards for normalization, parse, and make it compatible with SecurityHQ content. Ajinkya creates guides for integration of devices and services with SIEM, to help customers with troubleshooting any challenges related to integration, and to bring in the right team to fix any issues. Ajinkya also writes custom scripts to help integrate the cloud services using API to SIEM.

Reuben is an enthusiastic cybersecurity professional with previous experience as an IT manager; this experience enables him to provide an excellent customer experience at SecurityHQ. As a cybersecurity manager, he utilises his knowledge and expertise to advise his customers regarding their current security posture and emerging threats. He possesses excellent skills in problem-solving and dealing with complex issues. Reuben holds various cybersecurity certifications and prides himself on continuous learning and advancing his knowledge.

Based in New York, Samantha is responsible for leading Business Development for SecurityHQ in the Americas. Samantha has a successful background of 7+ years in technology sales and sales management, most recently with Gartner. She has joined SecurityHQ to continue helping clients find solutions to challenges that are impacting their businesses, providing advisory support and prescriptive advice that build long-term, trust based relationships.

As Cyber Security Manager within the SecurityHQ team for over a year, Dureen holds a master’s in information security and is a people’s person through and through. She leverages her skills in forging strong bonds with customers, while analysing and managing their organisation’s risk appetite. Dureen acts as Incident Response Manager in the event of a Cyber-attack and strengthens the security posture of their IT infrastructure by ensuring SOC’s round-the-clock monitoring of assets. Dureen has experience in working with IT assets of a wide range of EMEA industries such as Finance, Medical, Software/Technology based, Telecom and Law firms, managing MDR, EDR, UBA and Threat Hunting service deliverables. Owing to this exposure, she has gained experience in rendering industry-specific security consultations.

With over 7+ years of experience in system, network administration, security incident detection, analysis, response and remediation, device management, and content management for different SIEM and NDR products, Nitin is responsible for security incident response and expertise in NDR products for SecurityHQ’s managed services.

With 7+ years industry experience working in multiple sectors including defence, government, oil and gas, healthcare, and infrastructure, Nazam is certified in SANS Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) and Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA). Based out of the London SOC, he is part of the security operations team specialising in soc operations, incident response and forensics.

Based in London, George is responsible for managing and developing SecurityHQ’s long-lasting partnership channels in the UK. With a MA in International Security, his passion for exploring how the threat landscape impacts government and business challenges, has led him to the world of cyber security. George’s drive for nurturing and enabling business relationships has helped fortify the growing stream of clients seeking SecurityHQ’s valued managed security services.

Omkar is a Cyber Security analyst with over 5+ years of experience in Incident Detection and Response, Threat Hunting, Analysis and specializes in guiding organizations in following the best security practices. He focusses in Proactive network monitoring, Incident Response and Microsoft Sentinel, and always seeks to achieve a high standard.

Nikhil has 5+ years of experience in Incident Detection/Response, Threat Hunting, Analysis, and guides organizations on best security practices. Nikhil specializes in Incident Response and Microsoft Sentinel, empowering him to proactively detect and respond to security incidents swiftly and effectively. As a Subject Matter Expert, he remains committed to staying ahead of emerging threats and ensuring the utmost security for his customers and their sensitive data.

With a deep understanding and practical experience of both networks and security, Vikas specialises in managing and monitoring elements including use case creation and deployment in SIEM, endpoint protection devices, such as Carbon black and Bitdefender, Firewall (such as PaloAlto, checkpoint and fortigate, and Artificial Intelligence devices, such as Darktrace and Vectra. As a cog to many areas of the SecurityHQ team, he is a firm believer of group collaboration to aid in the development of SecurityHQ security, and to deliver the best possible service.

As a Cyber Security Manager, Andrey brings a strong information technology background to the SecurityHQ team, holding a BSc in Cyber Security and working towards an MSc in Network and Information Security. He is certified in CSAP, CYSA+, Security+, showcasing his deep expertise in cyber security. Andrey excels in problem-solving and continuously updates his knowledge to stay at the forefront of cyber security developments. He plays a vital role in delivering valuable insights on cybersecurity threats and alerts to clients across the UK, EU, and Africa, helping them comprehensively assess their cybersecurity posture and implementing robust solutions to shield against advanced persistent threats and various cyber-attacks.

Analdina has been designing advertising and marketing materials from print to digital for over 8 years. She is self-motivated, innovative, and analytical in her approach. As a result of working with different organisations and projects over the years, she has acquired numerous transferrable skills and qualities that serve her well in the business world and keep her competitive. Meet Navin Makhija, an Incident Response Lead with remarkable expertise in Incident Detection and Response, Threat Hunting, and Analysis. With over 5 years of experience, he has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to fortifying digital landscapes against threats.

Navin is a Subject Matter Expert in Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and he remains committed to staying ahead of emerging threats by deploying customized detection methodologies on EDR and ensures the utmost security for his clients and their sensitive data.

As one of SecurityHQ’s Cyber Security Managers, Sam has experience in protecting businesses and organisations from cyber threats. He has knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices, combined with modern security technologies. He specialises in identifying vulnerabilities and implementing solutions to mitigate risk and protect sensitive data. His ability to think strategically, as well as his attention to detail and problem-solving skills make him an effective Cyber Security Manager and Pen tester, to help companies navigate the ever-evolving landscape of cyber security.

With a Bachelor’s in Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration, Mujtaba is responsible as business development manager at SecurityHQ. He started his career in cybersecurity with a leading distributor in the MEA region. Upholding a consultative approach to the end user and partners in the region, Mujtaba understands partner demands and proposes solutions & technologies accordingly.

As a Cyber Security Manager, Patrick works with his customers to ensure that their network is secure from threats by investigating threats that arise and providing necessary recommendations for mitigation. His eagerness to understand why alerts have triggered, leads him to delve into the logic behind incidents. Patrick has a bachelor’s in cyber security and can speak 3 languages: English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Meet Raj, an expert in SIEM Content Management with 7+ years of experience. He excels in crafting and deploying effective SIEM use cases, enhancing threat detection and response. Raj’s dedication to staying updated on cybersecurity trends ensures optimized security operations. His collaborative approach fosters teamwork and delivers top security solutions for customers. Vijay is responsible for managing the promotional and events activity for SecurityHQ and our partners across the Americas and Europe. Vijay oversees campaign and event planning, as well as regional content strategy to drive sales growth.

Achieving a BSc in Marketing, Vijay has longstanding experience in digital marketing, content creation and events planning. Expanding on copyrighting, content strategy, and campaign planning skills across 4 years of marketing experience.

Nitesh has 10+ years of experience in different domains, including the Automotive, IT, and Cybersecurity sector. He has a varied experienced in departments like Project management and Vendor management, and is passionate to continually learn, enhance his knowledge, and best help his team and SecurityHQ customers. Nitesh truly believes in collaboration, and that it is important to go beyond his comfort zone, to take educated risks, and to be a team player.

As a Cyber Security Manager, Shital handles SecurityHQ customers from the UAE and Africa region. Her primary role involves the effective and seamless delivery of the services by providing extended support to customers, including addressing escalations and taking leadership during incident management. Shital is also responsible for prioritizing security initiatives and advising clients around security control gaps. She is inquisitive and always develops knowledge and skills in the field.

As a Senior Cyber Security Manager, Reza has a strong background in information technology. He has a degree in Computer Science, and holds multiple security certifications, including Security+, CySA+ and CSAP. He possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and is passionate about staying up to date with the latest developments in the cybersecurity field, to improve the security posture of the organizations he supports.

With a bachelors in Computer Science, Raj is responsible for Technical Pre-Sales at SecurityHQ in the Middle East region, based out in Dubai. He started his career as a Cybersecurity consultant at IBM, upholding a consultative selling approach and has 4 years’ experience in the Industry. He enjoys learning about new technologies, particularly within Cloud Security, and takes pride in qualifying and solutioning customer requirements.

With over 9 years of experience in differing areas of cyber security, Network Security, and Customer Management for industry leaders, Sameer specializes in integration, onboarding, managing, and monitoring use case creation and deployment in Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender products. He has extensive experience working effectively within a multidisciplinary team and ensures a coordinated approach to information security incident investigation.

As a Cyber Security Manager, Riya’s primary role involves overseeing the complete service delivery process, including addressing client issues, escalations, and inquiries. Riya engages with clients to ensure their networks is secure and provides necessary recommendations to mitigate threats. She is also responsible for facilitating seamless internal communication among teams to ensure that tasks align with specific requirements. Here background includes a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in cyber security. Riya prides herself on her committed to staying at the cutting edge of cyber security advancements through continuous learning and knowledge updates.

Kirsty is SecurityHQ’s Pre-Sales Technical Engineer, based out of London. With a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science her interests include cryptography and access control. With experience in risk architecture and management, she now combines both her passion of Cybersecurity and interpersonal skills to construct solidified security solutions to meet business requirements as well as compliance standards. As a Pre-Sales Engineer her main objective is to ensure that clients are provided with a clear and comprehensive design solution to underpin and define their security needs.

Darshan has over 7 years’ worth of experience in Cyber Security and acts as the AWS Cloud Security Expert. He specializes in protecting company information and data through AWS Cloud Security, EDR tools and Firewall. He is able to make decisions in high-stress situations and communicate effectively with other team members.

As a Service delivery Manager for APAC region, Apurva is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of services, handling client issues, escalations and queries. She is also responsible for internal communication between different teams and clients. As well as the analysis of data for all clients, and the management and handling of the reporting team, with regards to the delivery of reports into the production environment on a timely basis.

Daniel is an accomplished, results-driven Sales and IT Professional with over 12 years of experience in designing and implementing secure, robust solutions for small, mid-sized, and enterprise companies. He is a driven and motivated individual with strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills, with a proven ability to help SME based customers and channel partners utilize security software solutions to benefit business needs and meet regulatory compliance. Daniel has experience in delivering multiple SaaS services including EPP/EDR, VM, SIEM, MDR, & Firewall, which help him to understand customer requirements and deliver value-based solutions in diverse business environments.

As Regional Marketing Manager, Lisa is responsible for the digital landscapes across the Middle East and Africa (MEA), Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Australia. She has over 15 years’ experience in marketing within international companies across the globe. She is a results-focused marketing manager with a thorough understanding of digital marketing strategy, building strategies, content marketing, social media, and customer engagement. Lisa has expertise in leading campaigns, and a proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. She is self-directed, an enthusiastic team player, and a strategic problem-solver. Lisa has a proven ability to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Johnny has over 25 years’ worth of experience in Cyber Security and Development, and acts as the Principal Threat Advisor for SecurityHQ’s SOC and contributes to the SecurityHQ Labs team. He specialises in Research and Development for next generation IT Security products, and has an incredible depth of knowledge and experience with real-world threat actors, exploits and attack methods. He built the first OpenDNS (type) infrastructure, and has many years’ experience in detecting and responding to threats.

Deepak is a versatile IT Engineer, who previously worked as a VMWare engineer. With a total of 4 years of industry experience, he is now managing the end-to-end delivery of managed cybersecurity services including MDR, EDR, SentinelOne, UBA, and more. He is a learning enthusiast with major focus on developing and adapting to rapidly evolving cybersecurity dynamics.

Rishi is a Cyber Security analyst with proficient and thorough experience in Security Operation Centers.

Rishi is at the forefront of SecurityHQ’s Contain-X Connector and works alongside other cyber professionals who are focused on pushing SecurityHQ’s cyber capabilities further.

Rishi specializes in proactive network monitoring, endpoint protection devices, Firewall & Artificial intelligence devices.
